If a courier partner attempts delivery within 15 days from the dispatch date, requests for cancellation, return, or refund due to delay will not be accepted. EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY

At Westery Fashion House, every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If an item doesn't fit, you may request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

• One exchange per order only, subject to stock availability
• Exchange requests must be for unused, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags and invoice
• Reverse pickup can be arranged at an additional charge, or customers may self-ship the product
• Approved exchanges are processed via Gift Card/Credit Note

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with product photos and a parcel opening video for verification.

Please note:
• No exchanges on Swimwear or Activewear due to hygiene reasons
• No exchanges or returns on Clearance Sale, Final Sale, or products purchased at 50% or higher discount, except for verified defective items
