2017 — A New Country, A New Beginning
In 2017, after getting married, I moved to Thailand where my husband was working at the time.
It was an exciting yet emotional transition — a new country, a new home, and a completely new chapter of life. As I slowly settled in, I found myself drawn to Thailand’s vibrant local fashion markets on weekends.
The colours, fabrics, styling, and craftsmanship instantly stood out to me. Beautiful scarves, elegant stoles, stylish western wear — all thoughtfully designed and surprisingly affordable.
And one thought stayed with me:
Why don’t women in India have easier access to fashion like this?
That question became the beginning of something much bigger.
I started small — carefully selecting a few pieces, packing them myself, and sending them back to India. We began showcasing them through Instagram and Facebook, sharing honest product photos and descriptions, simply hoping people would connect with what we had discovered.
They did.
What began as curiosity slowly started becoming a business.
Discovering Global Fashion — From Thailand to China
A few years later, my husband’s work took us to China — and with it came an even bigger opportunity.
China introduced me to an entirely new scale of fashion sourcing. From premium fabrics and elegant silhouettes to trend-forward designs and everyday essentials, the variety was incredible.

Of course, the journey wasn’t always smooth.
Importing products across countries came with challenges — customs delays, sourcing issues, changing timelines, and countless lessons along the way. But every obstacle helped us build stronger systems, better sourcing practices, and deeper trust with our customers.
In 2020, we officially launched our website and transformed Westery Fashion House from a small social-media business into a growing online fashion brand serving customers across India.
2025 — Building the Dream Together
One of the most special milestones in our journey came in 2025, when my husband officially joined Westery Fashion House full-time.
The same person who supported those first small orders from Thailand — through late nights, inventory chaos, customs delays, and every uncertain phase — is now building this dream alongside me every single day.
