Shipping Policy
At Westery Fashion House, we understand the excitement of receiving your order, and we always strive to dispatch every package as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Products that are ready to ship are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines are generally as follows:

Metro Cities: 2–3 working days

Other Cities & Interior Locations: 3–5 working days

Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh & North East Indian Locations: 5-7 working days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location accessibility.
Courier & Delivery Partners
To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we work only with trusted third-party courier partners like Bluedart & Delhivery.
While issues such as shipment delays, parcel tampering, or routing errors are extremely rare, unforeseen situations may occasionally occur during transit. In such cases, we actively coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the matter at the earliest possible time.
Delays Due to External Factors
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Weather disruptions
- Technical or operational errors
- Courier network issues
- Human or machine-based misrouting
In such situations, we request customers to allow us and our courier partners reasonable time to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please note that requests for reshipment or replacement will not be accepted until the courier partner officially confirms the shipment status.
Delayed Deliveries & Lost Shipments
If a courier partner attempts delivery within 15 days from the dispatch date, requests for cancellation, return, or refund due to delay will not be accepted.
However:
- If a shipment takes longer than 2 weeks to reach you, you may choose to refuse acceptance of the parcel upon delivery.
- If the shipment is returned to us without any delivery attempt, or
- If the parcel is officially declared lost in transit,
then customers who placed prepaid orders may choose either:
- A full refund to the original payment method, or
- A Store Credit/Gift Card for future purchases on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order.
Westery Fashion House will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Incorrect contact number
- Unavailability of recipient at delivery location
Additional shipping charges, if applicable for re-dispatch, may need to be borne by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or suspension of COD availability for future purchases.
