Order Fulfilment
In rare cases, if an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances or product unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a Credit Note/Gift Card equivalent to the order value will be issued. The credit note will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed exclusively on our website.
Exchange Policy
If the item received does not fit you, you may raise a size exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
As many of our products are imported and sizing may vary across styles, we strongly recommend referring to the size chart provided in the product description before placing your order.
Exchange Conditions
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- Customized size requests will not be accepted.
- Customers may self-ship the product to us or request a reverse pickup service, which will be chargeable.
- Exchange orders must be placed by customers using the Gift Card/Credit Note issued by us after approval.
To be eligible for exchange, products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Unaltered
- Returned with original tags and invoice (where applicable)
If the returned product does not pass our quality check, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request. In such cases, the product will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Defective or Incorrect Product
We conduct thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
To process such requests, customers may be required to share:
- Product images
- Parcel opening video
Approval or rejection of the request will be based on the verification conducted by our team.

Cancellation Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds against cancellations.
Orders can only be cancelled if the committed delivery timeline has been exceeded. In such cases, only a Credit Note/Gift Card will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue and redeemable exclusively on our website.
Sale & Clearance Items
Products purchased under:
- 50% or higher discount
- Clearance Sale
- Final Sale offers
will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Exceptions will only be made for defective items received.
For defective product claims under sale categories, a parcel opening video is mandatory for verification.

- All garment measurements are manually taken and may vary by ±0.5 inch.
- Product images are captured under professional lighting setups. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions and individual screen resolutions.
