Size Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted, subject to stock availability.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and invoice.
  • Reverse pickup is chargeable, or customers may self-ship the product.
  • Approved exchanges are processed through a Gift Card/Credit Note, not a cash refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible returns are subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our detailed policy.
  • Approved eligible returns are processed as Gift Card/Credit Note, in accordance with our policy.
  • Monetary refunds are not provided for routine change-of-mind returns or cancellations, except where applicable under our detailed policy.
  • Partial COD Advance: For selected Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment may be required at checkout. If a customer refuses delivery of a dispatched order, applicable shipping and return-to-origin charges will be deducted from the advance payment. Any remaining balance will be handled in form of Credit note/Gift card upon contact with us.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery, with clear product photos and a parcel-opening video for verification. The case will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with our policy.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Swimwear and activewear are excluded for hygiene reasons.
  • Clearance Sale, Final Sale, and products purchased at 50% or higher discounts are not eligible for return or exchange, except for verified defective items, subject to the detailed policy.
