If a courier partner attempts delivery within 15 days from the dispatch date, requests for cancellation, return, or refund due to delay will not be accepted. However, if a shipment is officially declared lost in transit or returned to us without a delivery attempt, prepaid customers may choose either a full refund or Store Credit/Gift Card.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with product photos and a parcel opening video for verification.
