External factors like natural calamities, government restrictions, or human/machine errors leading to misrouting may cause delays. In such instances, we collaborate with our courier partner to resolve the matter. However, no requests for resending items will be accepted until the courier company provides a resolution.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused, but claims for return or refund will not be accepted if a courier company attempts delivery at the given address within 15 days from the dispatch date. If it takes more than 2 weeks for the parcel to reach you, you have the option to deny acceptance. Additionally, if the parcel returns to us without a delivery attempt or is declared lost, customers who placed Prepaid Orders can request a full refund to the source payment mode or opt for a Credit note to make another purchase.

Orders at Westery Fashionhouse are carefully processed and delivered on time. In case of unavailability or unforeseen issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a Credit Note valid for 12 months on our website.

Size exchanges are allowed once per order within 48 hours of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags/invoice. Exchange is subject to stock availability and processed via Gift Card/Credit Note. Reverse pickup is available at an additional charge.

Defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours with parcel opening video/photos for verification.

No exchanges/refunds on swimwear, activewear, clearance items, or products purchased at 50%+ discount, except defective items.
